my dad sent me here bc he liked the service. i ended up hating it. first, i went for an oil change & left with less oil than i had before. the oil burned off way too fast (i know my car). second, the technician that was doing my oil change thought it would be funny to insult me because i was a female. “i’m telling you all the things your car needed because most females don’t know about their cars.” even if that’s true, he had no reason to bring up the “female” card. a simple “your car needs this” would have sufficed. never w... read more
Worst Experience Ever got a oil change the next day my car shut off THEY DONT KNOW WHAT THEY DOING Would never go back or tell anybody to go to them dey did not drain the old oil out my car and put new oil on top of old oil and it messed up my Car ... all I wanted was a oil change
ALWAYS have great customer service with Spartan and this time was no different! They had to order parts and still had my car ready by 5:30. Nicholas and Leonard go above and beyond!!
I went there with a coolant leak I thought was from the water pump; they didn’t tell me this was incorrect. They changed a perfectly good water pump instead of letting me know that it was the timing cover gasket which doesn’t leak coolant since only oil goes through there. I knew something was wrong when they were against me waiting in the lobby while they worked on my car. I should’ve gotten a call saying what the real problem was and I would’ve said “Thanks and go ahead and fix it.” They are crooks and I wouldn’t let them ... read more
Had to have car towed in for a repair that I assumed was a problem they had repaired twice before. It was not , so they fixed it but would not file on extended warranty ( it was covered with 0 deductible on extended warranty ) so had to pay total amount due to management being gone. Didn’t want to tow it to another show and pay that cost too. Went back to get them to file , and after two weeks, two trips and calls , they have yet to file on warranty and just won’t give me an answer and it appears they don’t care because they... read more
