I was hit by lightning, and my HVAC went out. The girls in the office scheduled service the same day! Jordan came out and tried to get us working, but multiple replacement parts were needed. Mike came the next day to troubleshoot some more and order parts. Parts took a few days to arrive. In the meantime, they offered a portable AC unit, which worked great!
