My father Jerry Williams passed away in January and we evacuated his apartment a week later. We were told that utilities etc. would be transferred. They did not transfer things out of his name until March. Which has now resulted in a bill being due from the months of January-March. I have attempted to contact them and on each occasion I have gotten the disconnect tone. Unprofessional and untrustworthy.
