The good...quoting was easy and the crew that was sent to my home kicked absolute ass on the actual installation. The bad...project management and coordination don't have a clue, and will not take responsibility or return calls. Was told installation of sod would happen by Wednesday 4/29, but when schedule shifted, we had to call them and they stated we should have gotten an email. We did not get emails for Tuesday or Wednesday, but they stated that wasn't their fault either apparently..... -Ssod was delivered to the curb... read more
