This is actually the first time in rating various companies which we have done business with, I wish we could give six stars rather than only five. I performed and managed systems installation and repair all over the country for 40 years. The technicians doing the install performed far above our expectations. We will be recommending Sparta Heating and Air to our friends.
Poor service. Poor communication. Poor attitude. Will not recommend this company at all.
Good service and prompt on scheduled time. The service person was very professional and through in checking and repairing the system. Although I've used them previously and will use them again, I find them to be a bit more expensive than expected with $65 charged for a service call plus $68 for 1 hr labor plus parts.
