My torsion spring was broken, and I needed repair service. Dan was very responsive to my call and fit me in his schedule within a day. The repair was well done and efficient. I highly recommend Sparta Door Solutions.
Great customer service! I asked for 2 estimates one for a repair & one for a full replacement of my garage door. Each estimate was definitely fairly priced compared to other companies I contacted. I really appreciate Dan for not trying to sell me anything I didn’t need or for trying to fix anything that wasn’t broken- for example my garage door opener is old & loud but he didn’t try to sell me another one because it’s not broken yet. Door opener broke down. Called for service at 1 pm. Company arrived 30 minutes later. Installed new opener. Job was done by 3:30 pm. Excellent work!!
Dan and Arvin are true professionals. I didn't have to wait long for an appointment. When they arrived, they explained what needed to be accomplished and did so in an efficient way. Very reasonable pricing. I will hire then again for any garage work.
