Sparta Arms is a lovely place to live, the staff are friendly and are responsive when any problems come up. The building is nice and clean, as well as secure. The manager is incredibly friendly and helpful, I'm thankful to live here!
I have lived here over 5 years, I really love it here! Patty, the manager, is the best manager I've ever had in my life. We have a service coordinator who is very helpful, and our matinance guy always repairs anything when needed. I highly recommend this place to anyone. The apartments are kept clean and are up to date. I love the security of this building.
I like living at Sparta Arms. It is clean and quiet and within walking distance to the downtown area. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the people that live here are very nice. It is a secure building so I feel safe here. I would recommend Sparta Arms to anyone looking for a nice place to live.
