If i could rate this guy 10 stars i would. Dean is genuine in wanting to help people. Had to replace water pump on my Audi. Dean answered all my questions in detail giving key methods which lead to successful repair. He is professional, caring and happy i was able to complete the job. Possesses a rare, quality goes above and beyond. I never do reviews but this guy blew me away with his kindness. Wow.
Dean was accommodating to a late notice urgent call out to look at my car on the same day despite the cold rainy dark weather. Readily diagnosed problem and offered solution. Able to come next day to get parts needed to fix the car. Excellent service.
I was referred to Sparrows Automotive by a parts supplier who I purchased my high performance brake rotors and pads from. Dean arrived on time and went straight to work installing the parts in a timely manner showing his expert ability, and the price was very fair. I was so impressed I have booked him to service my car when next due and I have also referred him to other members of my family.
Very happy with Dean’s expertise in helping me out with a tricky mechanical issue. Arrived early, friendly, courteous and knows his stuff. Thanks, highly recommend.
