WARNING!!! Labs no longer take walk-ins, which is horrible for unsuspecting people who have been fasting. You have to make an appointment in advance, now.
A nice, convenient service in Mason. The hours aren't the best. I wish that the lab was open later in the day. Other than that, the personnel are always polite and professional. They are especially great during this time of Covid-19. With everyone being so polarized and grumpy, the staff at Sparrow Labs is both empathetic and sympathetic with their clients making at least my encounter pleasant. Must have an appointment to get blood drawn. Even if there are only 3 people in front of you waiting, you have to pick an appointment time for later in the day and come back at your appointment time. Poor customer service.
