Couldn't ask for a better team to take care of my child. Forever grateful.
More of a billing scheme than a healthcare center. Kept our second born for 10 days after his issue resolved, and threatened CPS on us when we attempted to transfer care to a different doctor. Went against our wishes and gave him formula after we told them not to. Didn’t send us home with anything the promised, and then send multiple nurses out with me when I removed him from their care to threaten CPS all the way out to the car, even though the main doctor finally relented. My mom and I went to go see my grand niece. We were here the week before and different lady than today was working the desk. The week prior the lady was nice and let us in no problem. This time the lady asked for a code that we “needed to get it” and gave us a hard time. She was extremely condescending and acted like we weren’t suppose to be there.
