My mom and I went to go see my grand niece. We were here the week before and different lady than today was working the desk. The week prior the lady was nice and let us in no problem. This time the lady asked for a code that we “needed to get it” and gave us a hard time. She was extremely condescending and acted like we weren’t suppose to be there. My newborn baby (patient) and I (patient's mother) received unfair treatment by Maci R, RN, at Sparrow Hospital Regional Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (RNICU), on 12/30/2022. I attempted to problem solve with RNICU physicians, Myrna Gonzalez Arellano, MD., and Mishref Abdelhamid, MD., regarding Maci R, RN's unfit bedside manner and lack of respect for this writer's concerns.
