Dr. Bradford is, by far, the best primary care doctor I have ever experienced. Her knowledge, empathy and patience are unmatched and I am beyond thankful I happened upon her. I'm always able to get help when I need it and I love that I recognize the staff. Kat is always a pleasure!
I wouldn't recommend going here. The doctors and nurses are amazing, absolutely 5 stars. But the process of scheduling an appointment is a dehumanizing nightmare. The phone system doesn't have a queue. So, if you need to call in, expect to spend 30 minutes pressing the 3 button every 30 seconds, as it kicks you back to the menu after a brief hold.
