DR. Lapka is an excellent doctor. He answered all my questions and had me go to physical therapy, which didn't help. So they scheduled me an MRI. I just need to make a follow up appointment. I would recommend this office

Everyone I encountered, check-in staff, assistants, X-ray tech, to Dr Hook, was unbelievably kind and thorough. Dr Ryan Hook is, I believe, new to the practice as he’s not yet listed on the website, but he is an excellent doctor with amazing bedside manner. He took his time to listen, explain, and show me everything about my injury. I forgot this kind of care existed.

I can’t speak on behalf of the rest of the doctors here, but we had a very poor experience with Stefanie Clutten. We were in and out of the exam room in about 10 minutes total, including the x-ray. The doctor’s assistant told us that my spouse was only able to have the doctor look at one injury because the doctor was too busy, even though we had set the appointment up to have Stefanie look at two injuries. My visit went horrible. I have physical disabilities. Fibromyalgia being one. Doctor manipulated my shoulder which was already hurting. I ended up in tears because of the pain. Fibromyalgia also contributes to my brain fog. I was treated by the receptionist and the doctor like I was losing it. I have a tracheolstomy talking is difficult.
