Shelly gives personalized care and is an active listener. If only all medical providers emulate Shelly's care, we would all be healthier. Shelly's entire team is fantastic and makes you feel comfortable.
they botched my IUD placement, caused me to nearly pass out from the pain, didn’t tell me it was placed wrong (halfway out of my cervix), and then sent me on my way with a poptart and a juice box. a year later i had to get a medically necessary abortion bc my fiance was undergoing chemo and was explicitly told not to father children due to birth defects. do not go here. do not even enter the damn building.
As a female college student, it's important to have a local gynecologist who's so knowledgable about such important things. When Dr. Betancourt took a look at me she made sure to explain each every step thoroughly to me so that I understood what was going on. There were questions I asked that I thought were dumb, but she answered each one with a genuine desire to inform me. You can tell she loved her job and loves what she does for women. The staff is just as friendly and welcoming. I'm so glad to have came across them.
Shelly is amazing ! She made me feel very comfortable to actually talk to her about anything! Would recommend to everyone! And the staff are absolutely amazing and wonderful as well!
Shelly, Dana, and the rest of the staff are wonderful people. They made me feel so comfortable being vulnerable with them. Shelly (the NP) explained everything that was going to happen and made sure I understood and was okay with it the entire time. The staff listen to you and your concerns. 100% recommend going to them!
