Shelly, Dana, and the rest of the staff are wonderful people. They made me feel so comfortable being vulnerable with them. Shelly (the NP) explained everything that was going to happen and made sure I understood and was okay with it the entire time. The staff listen to you and your concerns. 100% recommend going to them!
As a female college student, it's important to have a local gynecologist who's so knowledgable about such a significant organ. When Dr. Betancourt took a look at me she made sure to explain each every step thoroughly to me so that I understood what was going on. There were questions I asked that I thought were dumb, but she answered each one with a genuine desire to inform me. You can tell she loved her job and loves what she does for women. The staff is just as friendly and welcoming. I'm so glad to have came across them.

This Mt. Pleasant office is Awesome! The gals, receptionist, MA, Nurse Practitioner are amazing! Dawnn, Dana, and Shelly are Real people who Really Care…. they are intelligent, skilled, have years of experience, they are welcoming, kind, delightful and Precious. They are Very Valuable!
