2nd pregnancy with this office. The first I met all the Drs and had a provider-NONE of them were there to deliver my son. It was someone I never met before. Now to my second pregnancy here , had an appointment scheduled-waited 40 minutes to be seen. I had to leave to ensure my spouse gets to his job on time. Disappointed completely with this office and how it runs. Make it make sense.

Been under care here for about two years. Dr. DuPleiss is a Rockstar- always answers questions, puts your concerns first, considers the best options, and isn't like most Dr.s I've experienced. Downside is the scheduling has become a little confusing- but I learned they are short staffed a Dr who was also a Rockstar and saw 3X the amount of patients most do. Maybe one of the worst experiences I’ve had customer service wise at a hospital. Every time I called to either schedule an appointment or confirm an appointment the people answering phones were so rude. I got one phone call saying that they had to reschedule my appointment that I had set for two months ago and that they would have to cancel my current one and reschedule it.
