Been under care here for about two years. Dr. DuPleiss is a Rockstar- always answers questions, puts your concerns first, considers the best options, and isn't like most Dr.s I've experienced. Downside is the scheduling has become a little confusing- but I learned they are short staffed a Dr who was also a Rockstar and saw 3X the amount of patients most do. Maybe one of the worst experiences I’ve had customer service wise at a hospital. Every time I called to either schedule an appointment or confirm an appointment the people answering phones were so rude. I got one phone call saying that they had to reschedule my appointment that I had set for two months ago and that they would have to cancel my current one and reschedule it. I haven’t been visiting this office for long but I love it so far! My nurse Kristin is so kind and helped ease a lot of my anxiety. The Lansing office is clean and not overwhelming.
The receptionist, the nursing and Dr Filler were very curtious and helpful through out the exam, ultra sound and physical exam by Dr.Filler were all done professionaly and explained clearly what they were doing. They were all curteous and conerned with my well being.
I’ve went through two pregnancies with this office and after today I will no longer be going here. I recently had an abortion and have been having major complications I called two and a half weeks ago for an appointment that was supposed to be for tomorrow, today I was told I can’t be seen until April 25th, it’s currently March 27th. That’s an entire month I have to continue to fear what’s going on with my body and they do not care.
