I’ve been with this practice for 35 years. They went above & beyond for me yesterday. I was out of state for a family emergency and they helped get my prescriptions transferred.
Today I saw Megan for the first time who is a nurse practitioner. She was excellent and a good listener. Dr Weimer is also very good and I like her a lot. Just really difficult to get an appt and the telephone system is horrible! Takes forever to get a human voice.
The front office staff is extremely rude and they don't care about the health and wellbeing of their patients. The communication is awful and you'll be waiting for half an hour to talk to someone who is just guessing what your prescription or appointment information is. Don't go here
