In It For The Money New patients, beware! They want your money, plain and simple. I moved to Mason and transferred to this practice from another Sparrow Medical Group. In order to become a patient, I had to make a "new patient" appointment. Well, I was already in another Sparrow Group and they had access to all of my information already, but ok, I made and went to the appointment. My waiting time was short. The staff is VERY kind. Dr. Springer is very kind and thorough. You can tell she really cares about her patients. Very happy with my new primary care physician!

The people who work in reception told me incorrect information regarding what insurances they cover and potentially could charge you a full bill. I called ahead of time after getting a referral here from a different Sparrow that took my insurance, and called this one asking if they took my insurance. After giving them the info, they said yes. The Dr I had here never did any research about the rare disease I have - just "yelled" at me every time I had to go to the ER. The staff isn't always polite, and one nurse in particular is really rude. I never got same day appointments, rarely got next day appointments. I could tell they didn't like me.
