Sparrow Management Inc. does a very poor job managing an apartment complex in southwestern Montana - Willow Court Apartments. Despite numerous complaints over several years, they continue to employ a local management team at Willow Court that not only are poor managers, but in my opinion emotionally and verbally abuse and intimidate the elderly tenants.
