They are rude, and horrifically lazy here. This is easily the worst run business I've ever seen. They clearly don't care about their jobs, the employees have chips on their shoulders, and they will treat you like trash. Do yourself a favour, buy your stuff online.

I have had 3 home visits upon my release from the hospital and each has been very professional: 1) Called me to make an appointment; 2) On time for appointments made; 3) Thoroughness of care; 4) Follow-up call by Supervisor. I could not be more happy with my PHP Medicare Advantage selection.
TERRIBLE! Take down wrong phone numbers, so don't get approval. Expect you to sit at home and wait for a call. Call when you're out and expect to schedule an appt in an hours time. Call 10 minutes before scheduled appt to cancel. Therapist lie saying you refused appt...NEVER happened! Case mgr is extremely rude! Would NEVER recommend this place to anyone...the WORST ever!!! If you can get your loved one out, take them to Sheridan Hospital for PT/OT or Spectrum Greenville for PT/OT & Speech that's where we will be going back ... read more
