Comprehensive and high quality selection for any and all kitchen needs. Given their incredibly small footprint, they are a true torch-barer for all culinary mercantile. Their staff is very knowledgeable and helpful, albeit generally eccentric. Given the unfortunate nature of the thriving vagrant community that is downtown Colorado Springs, I am not surprised by their sometimes clingy nature.
