I love this place especially for hard to find kitchen gadgets!
I bought a $2,000 Breville Oracle Jet on Sparrow’s recommendation. Within just a few weeks the machine broke — the tamping/grinding mechanism jammed and it became unusable. Breville’s customer support is effectively nonexistent. After multiple emails and over seven hours of phone calls, I couldn’t get through to anyone for warranty service. This store has so much awesome cookware, especially Le Creuset and Staub, even the limited edition pieces at great prices! Also, the two gentleman working there were so nice and helpful. Can't wait to go back and bring people who are visiting!
