I recently saw Sadie for a 90-minute deep tissue massage at sparrow. I've never had a massage therapist more quickly tune in to my body and what I needed! It was hands down the best massage I’ve ever had. I felt like Sadie was listening with her hands the whole time. They knew exactly what my points of chronic tension were, and actually made a difference. I already booked my next appointment.

Yesterday was my first cut at Sparrow with Ashley and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. I’ve had trouble finding someone who can cut my hair to where it air dries perfectly and she nailed it. Aside from the amazing cut, she also gives a great scalp massage/shampoo experience. The salon design and aesthetic is stunning and I can’t wait to come back.
