This salon is full of lovely ladies — Jenna, Mindy and Emily are all welcoming and wonderful, as is the owner. Had a great haircut today!
Maybe I could give a better rating if someone would just answer their phone. Called 3 times, no one answered. Left a message to request an appointment and no call back. Went into the salon and stood at the desk for 6 minutes and not one of the 3 people there that glanced in my direction even acknowledged me.
Jenna listened to what I wanted to accomplish with my hair and executed it perfectly! I had a partial foil and haircut. I left feeling beautiful 🤩
Jenna is incredible. I had been going to the same salon for 20 years, but after moving, finding someone new felt impossible until I found her. She knows what she’s doing, especially when it comes to covering grays and highlighting so it doesn’t turn brassy. The color came out beautiful and just what I liked. This place is a hidden gem in Williamsburg. So happy I found her.
