It was a truly positive experience.
I only give it a 1 because i have to rate it. In my opinion they dont even come close to deserving the one... This has got to be the worst hospital the most inconsiderate they dont care about patients which is disgustingly sad. The waiting time is unreal 4 hrs my mom went in there with stroke like symptoms Ive had a father n law there and my mom was just there it breaks my heart to know how crap the care was for them. MySPARROW user portal is a joke. It took me 20 minutes just to load the page and log in — absolutely ridiculous. Sure, the payment function works fast, but trying to review bills is nearly impossible. That looks intentional. Is this how an honest hospital system treats its patients?
