Avoid Sparrow Hospital at all costs if you care about your loved ones. What should have been a simple prescription refill turned into a complete mess because staff refused to help and tried to push my family member to the ER instead. The people we dealt with were rude, dismissive, and shockingly unprofessional, acting like basic patient care was too much to ask. Didn't even make it to the ER. You can tell the people on the phone dont give a crap and dont want to help you. They'd be much happier if you didnt show
Worst experience in a hospital in my life. Went there and was completely mistreated and misdiagnosed . I also spent hours waiting in the ER area. Went to McLaren a few days later and they helped resolve my health concerns
Nice people yet unprofessional in the sense that they don’t put actual care or effort into figuring out an accurate diagnosis, rather they see the most convenient diagnosis to get the patient out asap. Also waiting areas were crazy
