Nurse Beth from ER visit was amazing, very caring, attentive made me feel very comfortable with my stay there
Worst service I've ever experience at literally any place in Lansing. The front desk people were so dismissive, rude, and unapologetic. I was having a pretty serious health emergency and after waiting hours in the waiting room, they told me to calm down and that I was fine. No sense of urgency. The people taking my vitals and bloodwork were also extremely rude and treated me like I was less than a person.
