Epic staff and extremely gifted dentists. Made some pretty extensive work a breeze for me, which many dentists cannot claim.
Absolutely the best experience having a dentist locally that I can support a local family business. They are always understanding of every situation and take care of their clients like family. I would highly recommend sparrow dental if anybody’s looking for a dentist in the area.
I’m a new patient at Sparrow and have thoroughly enjoyed (as much as one can enjoy a visit to the dentist 🤪) both my appointments. Scheduling was very easy. Exam rooms are very clean, and all of the staff is wonderfully kind. If you’re looking for a new dentist this is your place.
I had to switch from another long-term dentist due to change in insurance. Heidi at Sparrow was helpful reviewing and confirming my insurance coverage and getting me set up with an appointment. Their office is easy to find near McDonalds in Sherwood with lots of parking. Kristen did my x-rays and cleaning and carried on conversation like we were friends! Yikes - scheduling nightmare and unfriendly call staff! Like you, I selected this provider based on Google reviews. With so many quality providers (end to end), who wants to spend time with rude staff and poor scheduling? Received a call several weeks after booking a new patient appointment - no voicemail left, and then received a text message about forms for the appointment.
