I had a very upsetting experience at Sparrow Dental with Dr. Halal. My mom went in for treatment, and the way she was handled was completely unacceptable. During the procedure, he was extremely rough while removing her denture and nearly hurt her. As a family member watching this happen, it was very concerning and honestly scary. On top of that, when I tried to speak up, I was completely ignored. A dental clinic should prioritize patient comfort, safety, and respect, especially with older patients.
