I remember when the clubhouse, fitness room and gym were nice. Now the gym is nonexistent, the billiards table is gone, the locks to the pool were changed and the key was not given to long term residence. Also, the pool used to be kept up year-round. It was usable June-August last year and has not been touched since. L, O, L, where are the HOA Fees going. It's convenient. Better to have a roof than no roof at all
***(DO NOT BUY)** ONLY RENT HERE I INVESTED & had to sell after 6 months Hoa is horrible & doesn’t keep up with anything! Place needs to be condemned but that will never happen!!!
