Amazing experience called ahead for an appt we where a little late there was no problems with it, my son usually hates haircuts this was his first professional haircut and he didnt get upset even once! The ladies where extremely kind and knew exactly what they where doing, his hair looks amazing and he cant wait to sit in the train next time! We will definitely be going back!

What a horrible experience. I took my 3 kids here cause I thought it would be fun experience with the fun cars to sit in. In the end it was terrible not what we wanted and very rushed.

If you want to spend $40 to get your kids head buzzed poorly and rudely in 5 minutes, go to Sparky's. They're an assembly line for bad kids haircuts and only stay in business because parents feel guilted into letting their kids go there to sit in the fun chairs. You'll get your kid a better haircut, with more attention at half the price at Great Clips or anywhere else.

Awful experience! I wouldn’t want any parent to feel like how we felt after having our children’s haircut. The haircut lasted less than 5 minutes for both, chunks were chopped away leaving the hair uneven. There was no care nor any warmth towards our children. Trimmed like sheep on a farm. Looking back we should have not paid a thing but I think we were so in shock at the time we paid and left. Very disappointed and will never go back even if offered a free haircut.

Please update your timing we drove all the way from surrey even called to let you no we're on the way and arrived at 538 and the store is closed not very professional wasted our time
