Very disappointing experience. First, the overall attitude was quite cold and unwelcoming, which immediately set the wrong tone. More importantly, I specifically sought out a curly hair expert—but what we received was far from that. My child’s beautiful curls were cut so short that they now look almost straight. That’s not what a curly hair specialist should do. Terrible. My son ended up with a horrible haircut, looks like he did it himself. He wasn’t even moving, and behaving very well (to my surprise) so I didn’t understand the need for such haste, the haircut took less than 5 minutes. If I could, I’d give -5 stars.
My kids hate this place! It seems like torture for them, I've never been there again and I don't recommend it. I cut with Mr Jair from New Westminster! the best of Canada
