This should be a zero star place! A horrible experience. We took our son for his first hair cut of his life to this place. The lady did a terrible job on 5 min in a very hasty way and impatient. The presentation of the hair in the laminated card was an ugly work that we don’t like to keep it. I hope no one takes their kids to this place.
We brought our 6 year old son in today. It was a great experience. She was very quick and did a great job. They had Paw Patrol on the screens to watch while she cut his hair. He loved the speed boat chair too. Definitely coming back.
I brought my 10 month old in for a first time hair cut and it was an extremely unpleasant experience for my baby. My baby was very happy when first brought into the hair salon and the hair dresser began quickly combing/cutting the hair. My baby started crying, the hair dresser then lifted hair above baby's head to cut and got many pieces of tiny hairs in my baby's face. NO STARS!! Not neurodivergent friendly!! No towels to wipe the hair off faces, rough handling, expensive ($30). Child has asked for the hairdresser to be fired.
