Nice facilities, but they have pushy service reps who have tried to get me to do pricey unnecessary work more than once. I’m glad I got a second opinion
I picked up a screw in my tire and promptly took it to another shop to see if it could be plugged. They said no, so I called up Sparks to see if I had any warranty coverage because I would need a new tire. They told me I was good to go under my road hazard coverage. I had them order the tire and we scheduled for me to come in a couple of days later. Once I arrived for my appointment, the service writer said "Do you have tire coverage?" I replied, "I was told I do under road hazard." He said "that only covers plugs." I'm leav... read more
Not surprised at recent reviews. I’ve been a longtime customer here because I drive a hybrid and don’t trust many people to work on my car. It was nowhere near as warm a welcome as it’s been in the past. I understand not having an appointment will cause you to be there longer, fine. I brought my books and planned for that. But it felt as if no one wanted to work on my car at all. I work the same schedule they’re open so Saturday would be my only day to get in, I was really trying to get this fixed Wednesday.
