Not the service I'm used to for a Toyota dealership. Took my 2018 RAV4 in for oil change. It only has 37,000 miles on it. Service advisor came out with a laundry list of repairs. ??? Water pump leaking, battery needs replacing, brake fluid flush, AC refresh. $1,218! Their check off sheet was not completed. Took to another auto repair business and water pump is not leaking, brake fluid and AC refresh not needed. Yes to battery. Purchased and installed new battery at the local auto repair business. Every time you go here they get in a hurry to pull you into garage.then leave you there waiting. The valet guys are all friendly but the service advisors act like they don't see you. They don't even speak to you. They stare down at their computer ( or phone...classy) and act like they can't even say I'll be with you in one minute. Third time it's happened. Only going there for warranty work otherwise no way. 15 minutes and nobody says anything to you . Do better
