It’s been about a year I thought about it and prayed about it. I don’t like to complain, but I don’t want anyone else to be taken advantage of the way I was. Bought a used 2017 Toyota RAV4 from Carvana a month ago. Was told the key FOB was broken and to take it to local Toyota dealership to get repaired and it will be covered under warranty. So far, not a big problem.. FIRST VISIT to Sparks - replaced key FOB battery. Still did not work. SECOND VISIT - Had to schedule an appointment a week later to have key FOB fixed. 2 hours later, interior of key FOB needs to be replaced and ordered . Went for an oil change and all was OK. But now 2 weeks later I realized they never topped off my fluids and I have no windshield wiper fluid! Isn't topping off fluids a given???😡all in all i would say adequate service but a lacadaizical attitude.
