First off let me say I am very happy with my 2024 Toyota RAV4. I was very happy with my sales woman at the time of purchase also. Horrible business practice! They claim they have parts in stock ready to ship, and depending on the shipping method you pay for, would be arriving in a few days. This is not the case! After you place an order, they then order the parts from A manufacturer to be shipped to them. Once received, they then shipped the parts to you. Taking weeks to receive your part, if you’re lucky, instead of the couple days they claimed. Complete theft by them requiring an outrageous shipping cost for what they offer in the end. Worst place I have ever ordered Toyota parts from. Sent several emails over a six week period. Zero return communication. Just took my money and ignored me. Filed a dispute and won that. Don’t waste your time with these people. Too many other places that are so much better. Would give zero stars if I could.
Don’t expect them to contact you back in any reasonable amount of time. Last time I order from these crooks
This is not a complaint with the Sparks Toyota dealership, but rather with Toyota as a company. In late May, my 2024 Camry was hit while parked. Nothing serious, just a banged up passenger door. I took it to a local body shop for repair. The body shop was told the door was not immediately available and was on back order. It is now late August. Still no door.
