There was no back-and-forth or confusion—he handled everything personally. I’m at Carter handing up business cards and I took one because I needed a receptacle in my garage for some commercial ovens. He gave me a quote of how much it would cost seemed very reasonable to me. He came over as he said he was at the time he said he was gonna be here. I wasn’t there. I had to take my daughter to jujutsu but my wife was there. Carter was very polite to her really respectful.
