The ladies at the front desk are so rude and unprofessional it’s unreal. Quit triple booking and making people wait an hour and a half past time the scheduled appointment. If they hate there job that much your in the wrong profession. Worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Won’t be going back! Wish it had a button for no stars!! This place is horrible!!!!!

The girl with short dark hair who works at the desk for Doctor Arthur Johnson neurosurgeon has such a loud mouth! After being verified downstairs at the front desk twice checked into billing and then checked into x-ray and I have a bracelet on. She wants to yell out my full address when I try to give her just the street number she wants to yell out my full phone number when I just try to get for the last four numbers and when she takes phone calls from patients she yells out everything that's wrong with them she needs to clo... read more

All I will say I was treated badly for 2 straight days. I have spoken with Governor Sanders and a personal attorney. If someone would like to explain why you treat patients this way the Ft Smith newspaper and 40/29 news will also be involved.

In with my in-home care client for his appointment today. We have been sitting at least 20 minutes prior to the 1:40 pm appointment and here it is 3:05 and we are still here having yet to be seen for the appointment. Makes no sense how so many degrees are in one building but no one can keep track of time
