was on the phone with the lady and I was talking to my grandpa about how everybody who came in after him was getting released before him and the lady on the phone decided to say something back with a smart attitude. I will never in my life recommend this place to anybody because that was unprofessional and I do not believe that they have the right to say something back with an attitude. Brought my son in to see doctor Harp. The er referred us there. The doctor walks in hasn't looked at xrays or test. Then asks if we had been xrayed there. He knew nothing except what we told him. Tge hospital put a soft cast on his foot. Dr harp removed it to look. He tood him to put pressure on it when he could. Te boy shot a staple through his ankle nine it came out the other side. He didn't wrap it nothing told us yo come back in 2 weeks. We left. My son was in so much pain he needed something to support that ankle. I wen... read more
After a minor car accident I started pains in my left shoulder. The doctor helped me with setting up PT and taught me some stretches and thankfully it wasn't a severe issue despite the pain. Very grateful to the receptionist and doc!
DO NOT USE! I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE!! As an amputee I wouldn't send anyone a recommendation to come here go to mercy instead they have way better customer service and hospitality at their desks. The medical receptionist that works here is a know it all and apparently since shes been working there for years and never seen something done it means it cant be. To miss know it all if you were a nurse and had never seen an emergency trach done I guess your patient would die because you'd never seen it done so by your logic it cant... read more
I saw Kaleb Smithson, MD about a year ago about wrist problems. He made me feel like I was wasting his time and gave treatments that didn't work. I just dealt with the pain until earlier this year when I sought help in Fayetteville. I have been property diagnosed after an MRI and am having corrective surgery next week. My new doctor, Jeff W. Johnson, MD , never made me feel like I was wasting his time and treated me professionally.
