I was being seen by Dr. Evans and he was great but he has retired now. I now see Dr. Harp and he refuses to go ahead with what Dr. Evans and I had talked about with my left knee which would have been a total knee replacement but now Dr. Harp is wanting me to go back through physical therapy again. Dr. Harp calls it standard of care, I call it waste of money and time. He offered to send for a second opinion in Little Rock but that is just to far to go for a second opinion. On 3 separate visits, my husband, Leslie Long, was treated by Lacey Kennon, NP. She always took time to explain the details we needed to know in order to have a good outcome from the injury. She has a unique ability that she displays when patients ask questions that is not often observed from other medical professionals. She looks at the patient, sincerely listens and then responds with very practical easily understood answers. She is extremely well versed in patient care. She deserves a 5 star review every time!
Terrible Hospital, and won’t do anything for you. Recommend you go somewhere else, anywhere else for your othropedic care or surgery, will not return your calls or give you the information nessary to meet your needs.
Over the last year and a half I’ve had the pleasure of being treated by Dr. Tobey and then having a total knee replacement by Dr. Harp. Both were excellent physicians and a credit to their profession, l couldn’t have asked for for better care. Babtist Health Hospital was amazing during pre admission and surgery, all were exceptional kind and efficient. After 8 mos. You would never know I had knee replacement, my knee modeling career was un affected, the scar is almost invisible. Thank you Dr. Harp and staff !
After the way these "people" treated my husband, you won't see me back there, either. It appears this place has gone down the tubes since my doctor retired. They treated my husband like an insurance fraudster when he is disabled and has worked longer and harder than Dr. Tobey has even been alive. Rude nurse as well.
