Had our furnace break down in October, and Doug was out quickly to take a look at it. Turns out we needed a new furnace. With the weather getting colder, Doug left us with a bunch of space heaters to keep us comfortable until he was able to instal the new furnace! I would 100% recommend Doug to anyone in Barrie who needs any sort of HVAC work. He's polite, kind, courteous, and honest! Had a carbon monoxide alarm and after some troubleshooting, Doug determined the burner was in rough shape and suggested 2 options. A complete gut and fix or a replacement. We opted for the replacement because this is our forever house and we have small children and didn’t want to take any chances.
