Dr Sparks is great! He explains everything, even alternative treatments.
Quite a few of my coworkers and myself count ourselves fortunate to have Dr. Sparks as our primary care physician. I appreciate that he listens to what I have to say. If I have a medical issue or other questions, he listens, asks for clarifications as needed, discusses what options I may have and explains the positives and negatives of each option. And he doesn’t get too upset with me when I admit I’ve “googled” my symptoms (-;
My household are all patients of Dr. Sparks. We find him to be kind, thorough, knowledgeable, and caring. He lends his time well to his patients and doesn't make hasty decisions about their care. Explains things very well...cares that you understand what he is saying. Never waited over 20 minutes to see him. Office is well staffed so patients get the care they need...even if they may not get to see him. Makes great referral for specialized care. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Sparks...unmatched!
They are great @ getting me in to see him or his PA. They respond very quickly to my questions on MyMercy account.
He takes the time to explain things. He's so patient with my elderly parents.
