Our furnace was getting old, and we were looking to replace. My friend recommended Sparks, and we are so thrilled with the service they provided. From start to finish, they were wonderful! I called Tim and explained my furnace situation, and he was able to get me a quote for a new system just by looking at a picture I sent. He had me on the schedule just a few days later! I highly recommend Sparks. I called others for quotes and they insisted they had to come out to quote. I sent Tim pics and he was able to quote without coming out. He is very responsive and easy to work with. The guy who did my install was also very easy to communicate with and it was done on time. I appreciate how efficient and professional they are. I am extremely happy!
