Kip, Ian did a amazing job Installing our new central Air. Installation took 1 day and 2 guy's!! They were very polite, professional, knew what they were doing. The election was came in did what he had to do for Kip & Ian . Impressed that Tim the owner came by to make sure it was all finished and working. Just amazing. Definitely will be recommending .
Tim was quick and responsive to all my concerns and needs. After getting our first house and finding out we needed to replace a 25 year old HVAC system he was helpful and putting my concerns to ease and gave us a great quote compared to the other giants companies that quoted us way over what Tim was. He also got us a great plumber to replace an old water heater which we got replaced within the same day! Our furnace was getting old, and we were looking to replace. My friend recommended Sparks, and we are so thrilled with the service they provided. From start to finish, they were wonderful! I called Tim and explained my furnace situation, and he was able to get me a quote for a new system just by looking at a picture I sent. He had me on the schedule just a few days later!
