We've called them several times when our ancient central hvac went out. They come out as quickly as possible and find and fix the various problems promptly at a reasonable cost.Very friendly family company I highly recommend.
I called them, and told them my problem. She was very nice on the phone and said somebody will be out shortly One of the fastest heat and air guys I’ve ever had show up. Too service technicians came out very nice guys. They Fix the problem within 15 20 minutes. I will be using them again for sure.
My heat and air system was only a year old, but stopped working one day. I called a different heating and air company and they diagnosed it as a bad compressor and quoted us $3000 to fix I decided to get a second opinion and that’s when I called Sparks. Darrell and Bryson came out and within an hour they had correctly diagnose the system, and it was up and running again.
