Today is the second time I’ve used Sparks and it’s the second time, they didn’t fix the problem. Today I noticed the house gradually getting cooler. I went to check thermostat and saw code 413 - high pressure lockout that affects outdoor unit and code 38 - the system is unable to turn on heating for 45 minutes. I called Sparks and they sent a technician. He looked at thermostat and asked if filter had been changed.
