I worked with Sparks 4 years ago and was let go from my job on the spot with no warning or notice. My recruiter called me and said “this is your last day.” It was not performance base. They didn’t give me a reason. No matter what you do, please do not call this agency. The person who answered the phone was extremely unprofessional and embarrassing. When someone contacts your company, they are often already in a vulnerable position while searching for employment. A little kindness and professionalism go a long way.
