Gave them a simple 8x11 color copy project on Wednesday - was told then that the machine was needing repair and he couldn't do it that day. I said fine, gave him my cell phone and said I needed it by Friday afternoon, no problem. He said maybe it would be done by Thursday and he'd call me when it was done. Went in today, he said the repair was going to take more days and he wouldn't be able to do my small print job. So, he knew earlier this week he couldn't do the job and I received NO call.
