Edit: So, AFTER I put this review up, the owner did call me. The company pays for an answering service that takes your call and then notifies the business. Just be aware when you call, that the person you're talking to isn't an employee. It might lead to a situation like mine where your call doesn't reach the owner. I really wanted to like these guys. Aiden and his team did a panel upgrade for me from 100amp to 200amp, installed a Generlink with surge protector on the meter base as well as wiring a EV charger.
