Our new home is about 75% complete and we are QUITE pleased with the experience thus far. David Sparks has been an honest partner in this process, holding regular meetings with us and an impromptu meeting or two on the actual site as well. He relies on a small number of proven subcontractors and is often on the job site, even though it is quite some distance from his Lockport office. When you think of building a home you automatically think stress and anxiety. This could not be farther from the truth when dealing with David Sparks. His dedication, compassion and ability to REALLY listen to his clients is tremendous. Even with my husband being critically ill, David was amazing at treating us both like family.
