If I could give 0 stars I would. I am a veteran being treated for shoulder through the community choice program. Had a 10:45 appointment. Left the house at 9:30, arrived and checked in at 10:30. Watched a dozen or so patients come and go. At noon, I asked about my Appt. Was told to give another 15 minutes or so, their new computer system wasn’t working right.
