Was given a great price for a metal roof, but was then told that the company does not warranty the product. I was told to call the Mill and asked whether or not they warrantied the product. I also was not educated on the difference between the inferior roofing product i was offered vs a standing seam product. Salesman was pushy and continued to harass me and push me without giving me an opportunity to call and inquire about the product. I was in need of some roof repair. John was quick to respond and got to me before the next rain. I felt the price was very reasonable for the work needed. Nice guy.

Sparkman Put on new roof sometime ago. Recommended GAF 3 dimensional shingles over Owens that was the original. What a difference! Very pleased! Was professional and knows his business. Very fair pricing. You get what you pay for! Will use again on a small covering patio arbor.

Rude phone rep wouldn't answer my questions, told me I could take my business elsewhere & hung up in my face. First impression was extremely BAD, UNPROFESSIONAL & RUDE.
