Sparkman Nutrition has been a fantastic resource for me in my health journey. I've worked with Kasie, who is always patient and thorough, as we discuss all the ins and outs of nutrition, wellness, and routine/eating habits. I love how easily she breaks down the scientific concepts behind food so that anyone can understand them. Additionally, the rest of the admin team has always been quick, responsive, and kind. Highly recommend it!
Lauren is amazing! I've only had a few sessions with her so far but I'm already making progress when it comes to my "issues" with food. She not only is helping me but my 5 year old too. We are trying new foods and making it fun. She's patient, listens to me, meets me where I am and is teaching me so much. Caty, who owns this practice is great too. She's personable and genuinely cares about everyone who walks in the doors. I am so grateful to have found this place.
