If you are looking for a nutritionist that will tell you to read a book this is a nutritionist for you. If you are looking for a nutritionist who will sit down, talk to you, explain the situation's, gives you some ideas on how to help with getting the proper nutrition you should keep looking. Sparkman Nutrition has been a fantastic resource for me in my health journey. I've worked with Kasie, who is always patient and thorough, as we discuss all the ins and outs of nutrition, wellness, and routine/eating habits. I love how easily she breaks down the scientific concepts behind food so that anyone can understand them. Additionally, the rest of the admin team has always been quick, responsive, and kind. Highly recommend it!
