I call to make an appointment for a pedicure or for acrylic every time I go the day of my appointment the girls I request for all ready have someone with no appointment, it’s an on going thing with this, it’s not the workers fault it’s the boss or manager they know they have customers with appointments and still give them customers with no appointment and we end up waiting for more than an hour for are Service.

I just got my nails done and this is how they turned out. I always try to give people the benefit of the doubt because one bad day doesn’t define someone’s work, but this isn’t the first time this has happened. I’m honestly very disappointed with the mediocre manicure
