Have used Sparkling Pool Service for over a year now. Haven't had any issues. Marshall sends weekly updates with notes when necessary. Helps with fixing minor equipment issues without asking. Pool always looks great and vacuums the pool when needed.

First off, they have changed their company name to Sting Ray Pools, probably to hide from all the bad reviews I've seen. To their credit, they started strong, so I referred them to multiple neighbors (3 of which hired them, but let them go faster than I did). Ray (Marshall) was very kind to me in person but he is a different person behind that computer. I have never had a business owner speak to a client the way he did me. Without a doubt the worst Pool company every. I hired them to repair/replace the plumbing for my pool. They were paid and came up with excuse after excuse as to why they couldn't start. Thankfully I paid by credit card, USAA returned my cash. Do not hire these people.

I am the tenant to this home. And as to being rude that didn't happen on my side. I grew up with a father that has owned his own pool service for 32 years and I know exactly what a pool man goes through so don't go there. Next about us caring about the pool that's a joke and you guys know this. Between me, my husband and kids we always try to help with the pool by cleaning off the top and some on the bottom. My tenants hire Marshal to do a job. They tried billing me for a full month of service and they haven't been back to my home in 2 weeks. I can only reach them by email, as they DO NOT answer the phone numbers listed. EITHER. I think they are afraid of confrontation. They told my tenants the weather is bad. The weather has been fine.
