I originally booked a 6 hour cleaning service through Groupon, for a standard clean. When I originally booked with the man on the phone, there were no concerns raised in my appointment booking and I booked a month in advance. I receive a call a week later asking if it was a move out clean, I told them yes, but I don’t need a move out standard clean. I only needed a regular clean.
