We have been lucky enough to get Isabel Arspalo assigned to our bimonthly services. She is very detail oriented and does an exceptional job at cleaning our house. TerraGreen has been very responsive to all my questions and concerns. Great Company Great service!
Estefanis did an outstanding job cleaning our home! She worked diligently and left our bathroom absolutely spotless—every surface was shining, and it felt fresh and immaculate. I Highly recommend her.
My issues with the cleaning: - Arrived at ~2 PM for a 12:30 cleaning - Took 4 hours and charged $200 for a 700 sq ft 1BD My issues with the service: - Explained for the recurring service that I felt this speed/cost didn’t feel necessary for such a small space to try to find a solution that might work for a recurring basis. They then went back to charge me $20 extra for the initial service even after we talked through them not charging it on the phone. Pretty lousy given the supposed satisfaction guarantee

Luzmery and Yanira were incredibly detailed and thorough in their cleaning. Our place was spotless when they finished and smelled great. We appreciate their eco-friendly cleaning supplies. They even vacuumed our entryway and stairs, which is no easy feat.
