Service was horrible, couldn't ever get ahold of anybody to cancel service so I got charged another months service by the time I came to Elk to talk to someone. Would not recommend at all...
Not very good at installation. Had my internet installed for a few years. The internet cable is hanging by a zip tie, I can hit my head on it because it's so low, and very loose. Everytime the wind blows my internet keeps cutting out and everytime I call they say there's nothing wrong.
AFTER WAITING ON THE PHONE FOR MORE THAN 1 HOUR IHAD TO HANG UP CUSTOMER SERVICE DOESNT EXIST AT SPARKLIGHT
