I wasn’t expecting a very professional and simple interaction , Noah showed up introduced himself and prepared to tackle the issue at hand,(which was replacing the internet box). He talked around for a minute and set a cool calm mood, then proceeded to asses the issue and continue making small talk through it to ensure the awkward silence didn’t consume us. Leon was very polite and helpful! He stayed to make sure everything was working.
Leon B was great!!! Super friendly and very knowledgable, he came out to service a simple connection issue and ended up going above and beyond for us by replacing the existing line and putting in a service order for the main line coming off the pole. 10/10!
Layton was on time and did a good job.
One phone call to Brad and Chris and they were on it right away to see what was causing my outage. They found the issue and had it fixed in no time. I appreciate the technicians at Sparklight in Lewiston. They do their upmost best to take care of everyone. Thank you Brad and Chris!
