My Technician's name is Noah. He was very pleasant and professional! He not only installed the modem but he set up both of my television sets and my computer as well! Also my phone! every time I open my bill...it's gone up, today was no different, opened it and it had gone up another $10. I called Sparklight and after sitting thru all the mumbo jumbo stuff they said I was 37th in line! Ummm, no I won't be wasting time sitting at my desk waiting on them...hire more customer service personal to answer calls!
I live in Lewiston Idaho. I have no need for a weather channel that doesn't give the local weather. I miss being able to check the temperature and having periodic forecasts for my location. I don't need to know about the weather in other places.
Customer service was fast and the tech, Noah, Was friendly and helpful with informing me on all the features of our router and app. 10/10 recomended
SPARKLIGHT sent me an email that they could give me a discount on my monthly rate. So I called them and they said it would be a $15 discount or if I wanted I could get 1 GB for the amount that I was currently paying locked for 3 years. And they would come out to install a new modem and router,free of charge. So I opted for for the 1 GB and a service tech was out in 2 days to hook it up. It has worked great since being installed.
