This business is open 3 days a week. That's okay but only one person working the front. The woman ahead of me had several issues to be resolved taking a good 30 minutes. I waited for my turn. When she left the woman behind the desk said "next ". No good morning no eye contact. Right away she was rude. I came in to exchange an outdated modem. Simple. Had a good time using their service, but now that I am moving and need to cancel service I have spent 40 minutes on hold waiting to talk to someone. 40 minutes so far! 10 min from a call that disconnected, then 30 min currently. Would not recommend unless you want to stay in limbo forever.
Constant off and on problems with service, the installer didn’t even tack up the lines so they are laying in my yard and across doorways, and HOLY MOLY good luck getting someone on the phone for anything. An hour on hold and zero contact with a human before I gave up and no way to cancel service on my own side without talking to someone. Never had to deal with such a horrible company. Thank goodness other companies are expanding into the area so there are good options with actual customer service!
Very difficult to get installed. They say they'll call before they come, they dont. They say they'll come at 2, they come at 11. They say they'll get it done Monday, you have to wait till Thursday because they didn't call and showed up hours before expected and you're a household of night shift workers who were sleeping and expecting to receive a call to allow in the installers. Very very frustrating ordeal
I’ve came up here 4 times all 4 they have been closed and I didn’t get to get the box I just paid for 😤
