I bought the service on Saturday and I’ve went to the store everyday since and they haven’t been open once I understand holidays but December 26-30 they should’ve been here and it’s frustrating to deal with something like this just because I didn’t pay the extra $30 to have the person “professionally” install it
Horrible. I wanted to cancel even put a pin on my account. Told them I was getting divorced, do you think they turned the service off? NOPE they left it on and tried to charge me for the bill and equipment they left on for my ex wife. AFTER I CALLED AND TOLD THEM TO SHUT IT OFF AND ADDED A PIN FOR SECURITY THEY STILL LEFT IT ON FOR MY EX.
Their printed out and posted hours show that they should be open on Friday from 9AM to 1PM, I went by at 9:30AM, 11AM and again at noon... guess what? not open. Worthless company that gets by only by having nearly zero competition in this area.
You guys can't keep the internet on for 1 night without it crashing don't know how you guys are still in business!
